The Department of Transport have produced a consultancy document into the proposed changes to the Licence Standards for Vision, Diabetes and Epilepsy.
The consultancy document is as a direct result of Annex III to the Directive 91/439/EEC and 2006/126/EC. We will provide a detailed news item once an impact assessment has taken place.
