Fleets are being urged to make sure that all vehicles used for the business listed on the motor insurance database (MID). This includes all vehicles being used the business including grey fleet vehicles, hired vehicles, long-term demonstrators and company vehicles.The advice comes from the Association of Car Fleet Operators (ACFO) following the introduction of the Continuous Insurance Enforcement Law that makes it an offence to keep an uninsured vehicle.We are advising clients to ensure that if they have fleet management that this is being effectively dealt with.
